International Junior Sales Executive

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on their boat search
• Find the best deals by negotiating prices with Click&Boat boat owners
• Work with warm leads already in the pipeline; no cold calling
• Maximize conversion rates by applying sales strategies
• Accompany customers throughout the sales process until conclusion
• Provide customers with all information relating to their booking
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season according to advance planning

• Fluent in English
• Ideally, previous successful working experience in customer-facing roles
• Team player who inspires trust
• Ready to take the initiative
• Customer-satisfaction-driven attitude
• Knowledge of another language highly valued
• Boating background and interest is a plus

Demonstrates strong customer-facing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, leveraging sales strategies to maximize conversion rates. Fluent in English, with additional language skills valued, and a background or interest in boating is advantageous.
