• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutonik’s product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service

• Completed commercial training, university degree, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical B2B environment
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a structured, proactive way of working
• Fluent Spanish and good English skills; experience with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
