As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will support our sales team by generating meetings and creating pipeline by identifying and engaging key prospects. This role focuses on outbound first approach, making cold calling a core part of the work. It offers a clear path for advancement and is ideal for those looking to build a tech sales career.

We operate like a high‑ownership startup team, trusting you to build, test, and iterate quickly. We value direct feedback, coachability, and initiative to improve messaging, systems, and outcomes.

Location: Barcelona, Spain – hybrid work with approximately 1–2 days in‑office per week.

• Convert inbound leads and qualify “in‑market” opportunities.
• Prospect into assigned target accounts and self‑source new opportunities.
• Cold call regularly and run multi‑channel outreach (calls, email, Linked In).
• Maintain activity expectations of 80–100+ calls per day and source 60–75 new contacts per week.
• Research accounts, identify the right buyers, and tailor messaging.
• Build sequences that create urgency and drive replies.
• Develop a clear account POV (why now, why Tiger Data, why it matters) and earn meetings.
• Partner with AEs to align on account strategy, messaging, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and related tools.
• Attend industry conferences and events as needed.

• Comfortable cold calling and using the phone as a primary channel.

• Strong time‑management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales / business development, finance, consulting, or a related analytical field.
• Experience engaging technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Linked In, Outreach, Apollo, and Google Workspace.

Tiger Data offers a competitive package that includes base salary, variable, equity, and benefits. For Barcelona‑based employees, estimated on‑target earnings are €55,000 – €65,000 OTE (€38,500 – €45,500 base + variable).
