• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
• Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
• Pass the leads on to the country or reseller and follow-up the sales cycle
• Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
• Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of English
• Are an advanced user of the Windows environment and have strong Excel skills
• Have experience with CRM management and data handling
• Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Are available to travel and attend in-person events such as trade shows when required
• Bring an empathetic and enthusiastic personality to your interactions
• Are a strong and attentive listener
• Are highly self-motivated and proactive in your approach
• Think strategically and approach problems with a solutions-focused mindset

• Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract:
  Monday to Friday 14:00 to 23:00
• Salary package:
  
  Base salary of 23.000 euros gross/year
• up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonus
• Great office location in Barcelona
• hybrid work model after 2 months
