Barcelona- Dutch SDR Outreach & Targets

We are currently hiring Sales Development Representatives to join an international team in Barcelona, Spain. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy engaging with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Identify and engage potential business customers through outbound outreach
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

• Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets

• Dutch communication skills required (C1 level or above)
• Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Goal-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain
