We have a reputation for delivering efficient, comfortable and reasonably priced transfers to and from Alicante, Murcia and Valencia airports and train stations. Our transfer solutions are underpinned by our company wide commitment to providing a first class customer experience 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We currently require a reservations agent to join our team in our busy reservations office in Benidorm.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with planning and booking their transfers and ancillary services, answering all customer questions/ queries and assisting in programming the transfer services we offer our customers.
Office opening hours are between 08:00 hours until 21:00hours. All reservation agents work on a rota basis and they will be expected to work some weekends and bank holidays.
Full training on systems, processes and procedures will be given prior to commencement of the role.
Key Requiremens:
Fluency in English, Spanish and Norwegian ( Spoken and Written ) are essential. Other languages such as German, Dutch, and Swedish would be useful but not a requirement.
Previous experience working in reservations / customer service and sales and / or the travel industry.
Excellent communication skills. You will be working very closely with our transport, reservation and airport departments as well as our external customers.
The ability to work well under pressure.
An excellent team player.
Experience   Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
