Web UI​/UX Development Engineer

We are seeking a Web UI/UX Development Engineer to build the web applications used to configure and monitor our embedded industrial products. The ideal candidate has strong skills in Angular/Type Script, Python backends, Linux, Git, Docker, CI/CD and virtualization. Familiarity with industrial environments and cybersecurity standards is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Architects, designs and develops full-stack web applications for embedded, edge and virtualized platforms.
• Designs clear and intuitive user experiences for device configuration, monitoring and management.
• Integrates the UI with backend services, microservices and device APIs.
• Builds and deploys containerized applications and maintains CI/CD pipelines.
• Engages in technical discussions and presents ideas through whiteboarding and prototypes.
• Works closely with peers in a fast-paced delivery mode to meet product release goals.
• Maintains code quality through best practices, code reviews and automated testing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in web development.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker and CI/CD.

Desired Characteristics:

• Expert in Angular, Type Script, HTML and CSS.
• Strong UI/UX design and usability skills.
• Backend development in Python (FastAPI or similar) and REST API design.
• Experience with microservices, containers (Docker) and nginx.
• Experience with virtualization (hypervisors, VM management, network configuration).
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, Dev Sec Ops  workflows and automated test frameworks.
• Familiar with Linux, MQTT, protobuf and Redis.
• Knowledge of web security (OWASP, RBAC, TLS/PKI).
• Familiar with cybersecurity standards for electrical systems, such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP and IEC
  62351.
• Exposure to industrial protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus) is a plus.
