Puesto: MEDICAL SCIENCE LIAISON (MSL)
Multinational Pharmaceutical company, with innovative drugs, is looking for a  Medical Science Liaison .

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional clinical and scientific leadership for medical affairs activities.

Establish and maintain contacts with opinion leaders and serve as the third level contact person for medical enquiries from doctors, pharmacists and patients.

Execute the medical plan and ensure its success in alignment with company objectives.

Build strong relationships between the company and healthcare professionals, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, and physicians, ensuring effective communication of scientific and medical information to support launch and commercialization.

Support brand teams with technical, scientific, and clinical expertise, interpreting data for promotional activities and providing other medical support to maximize the company's potential.

Major Accountabilities

Third level contact person for medical enquiries from doctors, pharmacists and patients.

Train the sales force, including conception of medical training on new products and development of onboarding training.

Support the sales force with external lectures and events.

Establish and maintain contacts with opinion leaders and plan and implement advisory board meetings, congresses, and symposia.

Provide medical‑scientific support for the marketing of the product range, including conceptual support in the creation of information, training and advertising materials, and obtain medical approval.

Offer internal advice on questions related to the product range, development and marketing of new products.

Create medical risk assessments in cooperation with the Quality Department.

Cooperate with the Pharmacovigilance Division on drug safety issues.

Educate medical professionals about the company’s products and their usage.

Effectively communicate clinical trial data and scientific publications.

Develop external relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and other experts in the field.

Engage and participate in scientific discussions and establish collaborations in research projects and clinical trials.

Languages and Experience

English and Spanish

3–5 years of experience, ideally in diabetes or a similar therapeutic area.

Experience in literature review and clinical trials.
