THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKESantander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is looking for a Cost & Budget Analysis & Control Analyst I based in our Boadilla del Monte office .We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas.

As a, you will perform costs analysis and allocations, and work proactively to propose processes improvement initiatives to maintain the cost situation of the business under control. You will prepare cost reports and work with units and countries to ensure a global vision.

· Preparation of budgets
· Financial analysis
· Data Collection and Reporting
· Budget monitoring

Professional Experience
• Beetween 1 and 3 years of experience if possible in Business finance, internal audit, costs management, management control or accounting.

Education
• University degree education and specialization through master's / postgraduate is also valued.

Languages
• Fluency in English (Required)
Hard Skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of Phyton or others programming languajes
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of AI—primarily Copilot—to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
