Junior Accountant

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Financial Manager, the successful candidate will assist the Senior Financial Manager in various missions:

Help finance in all admin tasks, especially during closing

Ensure invoices and related costs are properly introduced and allocated into the system

Treasury control, bank booking and reconciliation

Collections

Control fixed assets (FA), tagging all assets and balancing with accounting

Assist the finance manager in all accounting matters

Control insurances with corporate

Liquidate fruit on time and with proper costing

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of overall experience in Accounting

Proficiency in Excel

Fluent in written and spoken English;
Spanish, Portuguese appreciated

Organizational maturity and effectiveness

Professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts

Results oriented with a positive approach

Ability to deal with change

Excellent communication skills / Proficiency in computers
