Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading, optimizing, and executing end‑to‑end supply chain operations for SMT manufacturing processes. This role ensures material availability, supplier performance, production continuity, and cost efficiency while maintaining strict alignment with Foxconn’s operational standards. This is a  fully on‑site position  and requires  advanced English proficiency  due to constant interaction with global teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete supply chain cycle for SMT operations, including planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management.
Ensure material readiness and on‑time delivery to support high‑volume SMT production lines.
Develop and execute supply strategies aligned with customer requirements and Foxconn’s operational goals.
Monitor supplier performance, negotiate terms, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, and program management teams to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and material risks to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Oversee import/export processes and compliance with local and international regulations.
Implement KPIs for cost, delivery, quality, and inventory accuracy.
Lead problem‑solving activities related to material shortages, supplier issues, or logistics disruptions.
Prepare reports and present updates to internal leadership and global stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced English (required)  for communication with global teams and customers.
On‑site availability (required)  – this role is 100% in‑person.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing;  SMT or electronics industry experience strongly preferred .
Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
Experience managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and leading cross‑functional teams.
Solid understanding of logistics, inventory control, and demand planning.
