Key Responsibilities:

Analyze material requirements based on demand forecasts, production orders, and inventory levels.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Issue purchase orders and follow up through material receipt.
Ensure ERP/MRP system information is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with production, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to prevent delays in internal processes such as receiving and payments.
Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality problems.
Develop and follow up on short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans.
Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) according to customer demand and approved forecasts.
Schedule production orders ensuring compliance with validated routes, processes, and installed capacity; adjust production plans based on demand changes, quality deviations, or constraints.
Under supervision, negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery times with suppliers.
Coordinate material pickup and/or delivery at various supplier locations.
Evaluate supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery compliance.
Identify opportunities for improvement in costs, processes, and service levels.

Position Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
Previous experience in materials planning and/or purchasing, as well as production scheduling.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Negotiation and effective communication skills.
Organization, results-oriented mindset, and priority management.
Proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools.
