FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (Guadalajara Based Position)

PWF is looking for applicants to fill the position of Field Operations Supervisor, Mexico.

The Field Operations Supervisor will will have the following primary responsibilities:
Project Deployments:
Leads the construction and installation of water filtration systems in schools and community settings.
Training & Support:
Acquires installation, operating, and maintenance knowledge of PWF’s water filtration systems and provides training and support to recipient beneficiaries.
Sustainability:
Monitors the ongoing condition of projects after deployment and defines and facilitates appropriate corrective action to assure sustainability.
Programs:
Oversees and manages the organization's in-country program / project activities.

Essential requirements for this position are as follows:
University graduate with at least 5 years of related working experience.
Aptitude and desire to direct and be involved in mechanical and construction related work.
Ability and desire to work and travel to project locations across Mexico (approximately 50%) with occasional international travel.
Complete fluency in both English and Spanish as a mandatory requirement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Computer literate including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
