Regional Marketing Director – LATAM (Technology)
Are you a strategic B2B marketer with a passion for technology, data, and growth? We’re looking for a  Regional Marketing Director  to lead and scale our marketing strategy across  Latin America , driving demand, brand positioning, and revenue impact in close partnership with Sales and Channel teams.
What you’ll do
Lead and execute a  LATAM 360° marketing strategy  aligned with business and sales goals
Drive  demand generation  through marketing funnels, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automation
Implement  ABM and BTL strategies  to accelerate pipeline and regional growth
Partner with Sales and Channel teams to increase  qualified leads and conversion
Manage  regional budgets and MDF funds , ensuring ROI and performance tracking
Use  data and insights  to guide decisions, forecasts, and cost optimization
Lead and develop  multicultural, distributed marketing teams  across multiple countries
✅ What we’re looking for
10+ years of experience in  B2B marketing , ideally within the  technology / IT industry
Proven experience managing  regional or multi‑country marketing  initiatives in LATAM
Strong background in  marketing automation, demand generation, ABM, and channel marketing
Experience managing  regional budgets  and partner marketing funds
Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
Fluent Spanish  and  advanced English
