Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced  Technical Program Manager  to lead large-scale technology initiatives end-to-end. This role combines strong technical expertise, program ownership, stakeholder management, and people leadership to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

What You’ll Do

Program & Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs
Define clear product and technical requirements
Build realistic timelines and ensure on-time, high-quality execution
Manage risks, dependencies, and global release schedules
Lead full SDLC from planning to post-production support

Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams
Support career development and performance growth
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Partner with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmaps
Translate business needs into technical execution plans
Provide clear executive-level updates and reporting

Technical Oversight
Serve as a technical sounding board for engineering teams
Support architecture discussions and resolve complex blockers
Ensure scalability, performance, and best practices

Agile & Operational Excellence
Lead sprint and release planning
Drive Agile ceremonies and delivery governance
Promote modern engineering standards and future-ready solutions

10+ years of experience in technical program or engineering leadership roles
Strong hands-on background in  Java, Kotlin, and Java Script
Experience managing large, high-performing engineering teams
Deep understanding of system architecture and enterprise platforms
Expertise across the full SDLC
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
