About the Role

You will design and operate the cloud infrastructure that supports our AI products. You will integrate Claude (Anthropic) as our foundational model, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-efficient environments, while eliminating manual dependencies to accelerate the development cycle across the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Automation:
Develop infrastructure as code (Open Tofu / Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab, Docker/K8s) to enable autonomous deployments.

AI Platform:
Integrate core Artificial Intelligence components (API gateways, model routing, traceability) and optimize operational costs (caching, batching).

High Availability:
Administer relational databases (RDS/Aurora with PostgreSQL), implementing automated failover and robust backup policies.

Security & Observability:
Centralize credential management (AWS Secrets Manager) and design proactive monitoring (Datadog, Grafana) to prevent operational incidents.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Standardize architecture with the Cloud/SRE team and ensure regulatory compliance (CNBV, SOC 2, PCI) alongside Security & Compliance.

Required Profile

Cloud

Experience:

4+ years operating production workloads in AWS (EC2, IAM, RDS/Aurora, S3, Secrets Manager).

IaC & Dev Ops:
Proven experience with Terraform/Open Tofu, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and Linux administration.

Artificial Intelligence:
Technical mastery of Claude and advanced Prompt Engineering; experience operating LLM services in production.

Desirable:
Experience in the Fintech sector, advanced Python, and AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Dev Ops, or Machine Learning).
