Sales Administrative Support

Mexico City |  Full-Time |  Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

This position supports the sales organization by managing orders, documentation, and customer communication. You’ll coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery, while serving as a key contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities in the areas of Sales Administration, Customer Support, Order & Production Coordination, and Documentation and Compliance

- Process and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and approvals
- Maintain customer data, pricing, and order status in CRM systems
- Coordinate order fulfillment, shipments (including international), and documentation
- Act as the main contact for customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries
- Track inventory, flag potential delays, and support production coordination
- Ensure accurate records, audit readiness, and compliance with internal procedures

Qualifications

- 10+ years of administrative or sales support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented
- CRM experience required
- Manufacturing or technical sales experience is a plus
