We need an expert, proven designer who looks at the brand work coming out of the world's top tech companies (think Tesla, Figure.ai, Vercel, Saronic...)—and knows they can operate at that level. Not hopes to someday. Knows now.

The Work
Aloa is a premium design and marketing agency for tech startups. Our clients raise multi-million-dollar Series A rounds after we rebrand them. They win Tech Crunch Startup Battlefield after we redesign their pitch materials. The work matters, and it shows.
You'll be stepping into active client projects across:
UI/UX – Landing pages, product interfaces, web experiences
Presentation design – Investor decks, sales proposals, one-pagers that close deals
Social & brand content – Posts, campaigns, visual systems that hold up at scale
Video – Graphic overlays animated by our editor
This is founder-facing work. Fast cycles. High expectations. Premium output.
You Should Apply If:
Your portfolio could sit alongside work from top-tier startups and hold its own
You've designed for companies where brand quality directly influenced funding, sales, or market perception
You move fast without sacrificing craft
You're fluent in Figma, the Adobe Suite, Gen AI tools, and comfortable with motion, layout systems, and typography
You have a point of view about design—and the work to back it up
This Probably Isn't the Role If:
You need significant creative direction to produce strong work
Your portfolio is mostly student projects or spec work
You're looking for a slower, more predictable pace
