We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join a leading organization in the automotive industry. This role is critical to ensuring exceptional aftersales support and driving operational excellence across our dealer and fleet networks. Role Overview
Provide OEM Automotive Aftersales business operational support to fleet customers, dealership networks, and panel networks to optimize overall customer experience, build strong relationships, and drive sales, campaigns, and profitability. Lead back-end support functions to contribute to and achieve the overall Aftersales Strategy. Act as the central point of contact for dealers to resolve any concerns that may arise, ensuring competitive advantage and brand loyalty.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver daily operational support for Parts and Service to fleet customers, dealer networks, panel shops, and insurance houses.
Assist dealers in maintaining optimal parts stock levels to ensure service continuity and minimize customer inconvenience.
Implement and adhere to OEM Parts Policies & Procedures.
Align with and drive Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) service level goals and operating plans.
Support dealers with campaigns and promotions to improve sales.
Conduct workshop and panel audits and ensure compliance with standards.
Drive CSI and “Fix Right at First Visit” initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide ad hoc training to dealers on systems and processes.
Identify business risks and formulate action plans.
Promote extended service plans and accessory sales to achieve retention strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Valid driver’s license.
Motor industry experience at OEM or dealer level (non-negotiable).
Strong understanding of vehicle components, service policies, and operating processes.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
