Job Description
~ Technical Support and Repair Execution

Responsible for the daily maintenance, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of new energy vehicles.
Responsible for the testing and repair of the "three-electric systems" (battery, motor, and electronic control system).
Guide and supervise local technicians to complete standardized repair operations, ensuring repair quality meets company requirements.
~ Technical Training and Knowledge Transfer

Develop and implement training plans for overseas technicians (repair processes, diagnostic procedures, battery module replacement, etc.).
Regularly organize training and assessments to improve the technical level of the overseas team.
~ Assist in Building the After-Sales Service System

Assist the After-Sales Director in establishing standardized after-sales processes (vehicle reception, diagnosis, quotation, repair, vehicle delivery).
Compile common fault cases into a technical database.
~ Parts and Resource Management

Guide the rational use of parts and participate in the initial parts list and inventory strategy development.
Assist in evaluating the procurement channels for battery modules and repair parts to ensure stable supply.

Job Requirements:

~ Minimum 5 years of technical service experience in the automotive industry, with experience in the new energy vehicle industry preferred.
~ Proficient in troubleshooting automotive mechanical, electrical, electronic control, and new energy vehicle malfunctions, and capable of developing comprehensive repair solutions for each problem.
~ Familiar with Mexican user behavior and local social media platforms.
~ Fluent in Spanish;
English or Chinese proficiency is a plus.
~5.Possesses cross-cultural communication and project management skills.
