This role is critical to ensuring exceptional aftersales support and driving operational excellence across our dealer and fleet networks. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have strong expertise in OEM aftersales operations, we want to hear from you.
Provide OEM Automotive Aftersales business operational support to fleet customers, dealership networks, and panel networks to optimize overall customer experience, build strong relationships, and drive sales, campaigns, and profitability. Lead back-end support functions to contribute to and achieve the overall Aftersales Strategy. Act as the central point of contact for dealers to resolve any concerns that may arise, ensuring competitive advantage and brand loyalty.

Deliver daily operational support for Parts and Service to fleet customers, dealer networks, panel shops, and insurance houses.
Provide ad hoc training to dealers on systems and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
