Assistant Property Manager

Job Overview:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the daily operations and management of properties. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, and ensuring lease agreements are adhered to. The Assistant Property Manager also assists in preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. The primary objective is to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction while optimizing property performance and value.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of daily property operations.
Coordinate tenant communications and address inquiries.
Support lease administration and renewals.
Oversee property maintenance and repair requests.
Conduct property inspections and report findings.
Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Ensure compliance with property regulations and policies.
Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Maintain accurate property records and documentation.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Certification in property management, such as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or similar, is advantageous.
Proven experience as an Assistant Property Manager
English is a must.
