ADU is hiring a fully remote Construction Estimator to support our U.S.

-based construction projects in Southern California. This role is ideal for international candidates with experience estimating U.S. residential construction or strong exposure to U.S. plans and standards.

ADU specializes in installing manufactured and modular homes across Southern California. We also work with private clients and local municipalities on repair and remodel projects, ranging from small residential jobs to larger multifamily scopes.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for U.S. residential and light multifamily projects
Reviewing architectural, structural, and site plans
Developing accurate pricing with strong cost awareness
Supporting project teams with clear, well-structured estimates
Using modern tools, including AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), for research and pricing support
What We're Looking For
Experience estimating U.S. construction projects (preferred)
Strong proficiency with Bluebeam (required);
AutoCAD is a plus
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings independently
High attention to detail and consistency with numbers
Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish is a strong plus)
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Work Setup (Please Read)
~100% remote
~ Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
~ Open to candidates based in LATAM, the Philippines, or Eastern Europe
~ Stable internet connection and reliable communication required
