Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Android Lead with 5+ years of experience in building high-performance, scalable, and robust Android applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Android SDK, Kotlin, Jetpack components, and modern mobile development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

• Design and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party libraries and services.

• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency.

• Ensure security best practices in app development.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to define and implement new features.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.

• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve app performance and user experience.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

• Experience with Jetpack components (Live Data, View Model, Room, Navigation, Work Manager, etc.).

• Deep understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt/Koin).

• Experience working with RESTful APIs, Retrofit, and Graph

QL.

• Knowledge of Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito), UI Testing (Espresso).

• Strong experience with Android UI development and Material Design principles.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Firebase, and Google Play Store deployment.

• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools (Android Profiler, Leak Canary).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
