TRAINER
The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that prepare large groups of game testers for success across multiple titles, platforms, and test cycles. This role plays a critical part in ensuring testers understand game mechanics, test methodologies, tools, and quality standards, while maintaining consistency and performance at scale.

You’ll work closely with QA leadership, project teams, and operations to onboard, upskill, and continuously improve high-volume testing teams supporting fast-moving game development environments.

What You Will Do:

Design and deliver engaging training programs for game testers, including onboarding, refreshers, and title-specific training.
Train large cohorts of testers on QA processes, test cases, bug reporting standards, tools, and workflows.
Customize training content based on game genre, platform (console, PC, mobile), and client requirements.
Partner with QA Leads and Managers to identify skill gaps, performance issues, and evolving training needs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quality metrics, and tester performance feedback.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to reinforce testing best practices and quality expectations.
Maintain and update training materials to reflect new games, tools, patches, and industry standards.
Stay current on game QA trends, testing methodologies, and player-centric quality practices.

To Be Successful,

You Will Have:

Experience delivering training programs, ideally in game testing, QA, or high-volume production environments.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable training large groups in both virtual and in-person settings.
Ability to simplify complex game systems, testing processes, and tools for diverse audiences.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and hands-on, practical training approaches.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate testers.
Experience supporting fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Training or instructional design certification (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.
Background in QA, operations, HR, or learning & development is an asset.
Degree in Education, Human Resources, Game Studies, or a related field is preferred.
