About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Growth Lead to build and scale a structured KOL program for our flagship product across LATAM. This role will transform how we engage with content creators by systemizing performance evaluation, incentives, and long term ecosystem development.
You will design the overall framework, manage a large portfolio of creators, and turn influencer collaboration into a measurable and scalable growth engine that strengthens both business impact and player community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch a comprehensive KOL program, including segmentation, tiering, incentives, and growth pathways

• Build performance tracking systems to evaluate creator output, engagement quality, and community impact

• Manage and develop a large portfolio of content creators, setting clear standards while maintaining strong relationships

• Identify high performing creators and create structured promotion mechanisms to maximize their visibility and impact

• Develop scalable activation programs such as campaigns, challenges, recognition systems, and performance based rewards

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align creator output with player needs and business priorities

• Represent creator insights internally to ensure our strategies remain grounded in real community dynamics

• Continuously optimize program structure based on data, performance trends, and ecosystem feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, ecosystem growth, commercial strategy, or related fields

• At least 2 years of people management or team leadership experience

• Strong analytical and operational capabilities, comfortable managing performance data at scale

• Proven experience handling large stakeholder portfolios or managing high volume external partners

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance business objectives and community trust

• Deep understanding of gaming culture and grassroots player communities is highly preferred

• High ownership mindset with the ability to build new systems from scratch in a fast paced environment

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
