Job Description

• Deliver safe and high-quality nursing care following US standards and protocols.

• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.

• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Uphold infection control, patient safety, and regulatory guidelines.

• Adapt to US electronic health records (EHR) systems and hospital workflows.

Qualifications (Including US Eligibility Requirements)

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Mexico.

• At least 2 years of full-time clinical experience in an acute or hospital bed setting .

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Willing to relocate and work full-time in the US.

US Eligibility Requirements (Required or Willing to Complete)

• Must have a recognized nursing degree equivalent to a US Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or its comparable credential.

• Must complete a credential evaluation through a US-approved agency (CGFNS or equivalent).

• Must pass the NCLEX-RN examination (or be willing to take it).

• Must meet English proficiency requirements (IELTS Academic or TOEFL iBT—depending on state requirements).

• Eligible to obtain a Visa Screen® Certification for US immigration.

• Must qualify for US State Board of Nursing licensure .

• Willing to comply with all US immigration and deployment processes.
