Investment Analyst  Company Overview
Diez Holdings  is a single family office managing a diverse, high-growth investment portfolio. We actively manage operating companies within the  Real Estate, Design, and Education  sectors. Our strategy combines strategic investments in alternative assets with a mix of public and private market holdings to ensure long-term value creation.
Role:  Investment Analyst
The ideal candidate is someone capable of shifting between complex real estate underwriting and high-level portfolio reporting.

Advanced Modeling:  Develop and manage complex financial models (DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis) for property acquisitions and development feasibility.
Project Lifecycle Management:  Regularly monitor ongoing developments, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Capital & Cash Strategy:  Manage project-level cash flows and support fundraising efforts for new real estate ventures.
Investment Research & Due Diligence
Asset Evaluation:  Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on public instruments (Bonds, ETFs, Stocks) and private vehicles (VC, PE, Direct Investments).
Pipeline Management:  Maintain and monitor the investment pipeline, ensuring all potential deals are rigorously vetted.
Market Analysis:  Conduct deep-dive research into local and regional trends to identify high-alpha opportunities.
Regularly monitor the performance of assets operated by external managers.
Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the Investment Committee and family members.
Department Liaison:  Act as the primary point of contact across internal departments to gather data and streamline information flow.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related analytical field
Prior experience in  Real Estate modeling and analysis  is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Languages:

Full bilingual proficiency in  Spanish and English  .
Base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
Exposure to high-profile investments and direct interaction with industry leaders.
