Distribution Center, Director

This key position leads and implements the Distribution Center's operational strategy, responsible for ensuring financial, production, and safety KPIs, analyzes and drives continuous improvement projects, manages the DC budget.

Operational Management
Direct activities, projects, and operational priorities to ensure order fulfillment.
Manage and control the DC budget.
Talent Management
Promote company culture, policies and safety alignments.

Control and Audit
Control and approval of operative and supplier expenses.
Expense management and optimization.

Negotiate and execute agreements with brands.
Analyze and support continuous improvement projects.
Approve infrastructure and capital projects for DC.
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
~ Master's degree desirable: MBA, Finance or Supply Chain.
~10+ years of experience in related positions such as Director, Site Leader or Senior Manager in Supply Chain / DC.
~ Knowledge of WMS and SAP systems, PKMS or Manhattan is desirable.
~ Intermediate - Advanced Excel.
~ Knowledge of Power BI.
~ Fluent English is a must.
