At Vayner Media we’re looking for an   Account Supervisor   who can help run the day-to-day business while thinking bigger than the brief.
Someone who understands that great account leadership isn’t just about managing projects — it’s about building trust, driving strategy, and protecting the work.
And yes… being the bigger person in the room — even when the other person is wrong.

✨ What will you do?
Client Leadership & Delivery
Lead day-to-day management of projects & campaigns
Build strong client relationships grounded in confidence & trust
Partner with Brand Managers (BM/ABM) and cross-agency teams
Translate business challenges into digital & social solutions
Coordinate integrated marketing planning across partner agencies
Business & Strategic Thinking
Live and breathe the digital & social consumer landscape
Develop brand strategies that ultimately drive business results
Ensure all initiatives align with broader business objectives
Contribute to IATs / IMCs with strong strategic POV
Identify competitive agency threats & manage up accordingly
Maintain strong knowledge of media, creative & platform ecosystems
Understand VM offerings (Experience, VSolutions, UX, Talent, etc.) and deploy them effectively
Team Leadership
Supervise & mentor AEs and SAEs
Foster a culture of empathy, partnership & accountability
Support team health, development & collaboration
Recognize team gaps and escalate when needed
Delegate effectively while maintaining delivery excellence
Financial & Business Health
Anticipate production costs, logistics & feasibility of ideas
Lead client conversations around finances & billing
Ensure scopes, schedules & SOWs are signed on time
Monitor burn reports & overall account health
Make business-minded decisions that support agency growth
What are we looking for?
Strong account management experience in agency environments
Deep understanding of social, digital & integrated marketing
Knowledge of influencer, PR, emerging tech & media ecosystems
Ability to run internal & client meetings with confidence
Experience managing budgets, timelines & productions
Strong presentation skills (verbal, written & visual)
Mastery of PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides
Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Understanding of research & measurement frameworks (MMM, brand studies, etc.)
Comfort managing up, down & sideways across teams
And most importantly…
Someone never “too senior” to roll up their sleeves and get it done.
