Position:
Commercial Director

Since 2013, Pinche Gringo BBQ has created an authentic American cultural experience in Mexico City through great BBQ, hospitality, and community. Across our brands — Pinche Gringo BBQ, Pinche Gringo Sandwich Shop, Pinche Bar, Pinche Café, Pinche Mezcal, and our signature events — we’ve grown into a multi-vertical, established hospitality group with a startup spirit. We are founder-run, hands-on, and mission-driven.

We’re hiring a Commercial Director to build teams, set strategy, and execute with discipline across all commercial lines.

Role Overview
The Commercial Director is the senior-most commercial leader reporting directly to the CEO with full ownership of all revenue streams: restaurants, catering, private/corporate events, community experiences, retail, sponsor ships/partnerships, and new ventures. You will lead Sales, Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, Events, Business Development, and Revenue Operations, managing a 6–8 person team.

Key Responsibilities
Own commercial strategy and targets; build annual/quarterly plans and accurate forecasting across all channels.
Build a high-performing team; recruit, coach, and hold 6–8 direct and indirect reports accountable to KPIs.
Sales leadership: pipeline discipline, B2B acquisition, key accounts, catering and event sales, sponsor ships, and partnerships.
Marketing & brand: develop integrated campaigns (digital/social/in-store/PR), grow traffic and loyalty, ensure brand consistency.
Revenue operations: implement CRM discipline, reporting cadence, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
Business development: identify new products/services/markets; build financial models and ROI cases; lead pilot-to-scale execution.
Community & experiences: program revenue-driving events and cultural activations that deepen brand love and repeat visits.
Cross-functional leadership with Operations, Finance, and HR to align demand generation with guest experience and margins.

Required Qualifications
8+ years leading revenue-generating teams across hospitality, consumer brands, or retail; proven multi-channel ownership.
Strength in strategy, people leadership, and execution; builds systems that scale in entrepreneurial environments.
Commercial fluency: forecasting, pricing, margin/P&L analysis, and growth modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; strong storytelling and executive presence.
Hands-on operator who learns from the floor and executes with urgency and discipline.
Network in CDMX corporate, F&B, and events ecosystems; experience scaling teams and partnerships.

What We Offer
Senior leadership role with company-wide impact and room to build your team.
Strong benefits package and aggressive performance-based bonus tied to commercial results.
Creative, community-driven environment with an iconic brand and ambitious growth plans.
