About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Verification & Validation (V&V) activities using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems for cutting-edge automotive electronic and embedded systems.
The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of automotive experience, including 5+ years in project/program management, and possess strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead V&V teams and manage work plans to meet customer deliverables and milestones
Hands-on expertise with HIL platforms: dSPACE, NI LabVIEW/Veri Stand, ETAS, Vector VT Systems
Develop test automation frameworks for new features and enhancements
Proficient in automotive protocols: CAN, LIN, Flex Ray, Automotive Ethernet, XCP
Apply real-time simulation, fault injection, and automation in HIL environments
Skilled in Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink, and test scripting
Use ECU testing tools: CANalyzer, CANoe
Conduct unit, integration, subsystem, system-level, and regression testing
Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ASIL standards
Manage requirements, defects, and quality using industry tools
Troubleshoot and analyze HIL/ECU system performance
Collaborate with OEM/Tier-1 teams for requirement gathering and robust testing
Support regulatory and compliance validation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or Computer Science Engineering
Proven experience in HIL system design and validation
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in international and interdisciplinary teams
Preferred Certifications & Expertise:
ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Test Manager
ISO 26262 Functional Safety & Cybersecurity expertise
Certifications in dSPACE, Vector, LabVIEW, NI tools
PMP Trained/Certified
Language
