Vivo is looking for a Consumer & Product Research expert.

Are you a design-driver professional and passionate about continuous learning?
Consumer Research:
Develop segmentation models for regional users, analyze core consumers’ consumption, usage, and lifestyle needs, and deliver insight reports to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
Product Research:
Develop a comprehensive evaluation framework that encompasses pre-launch testing and post-launch reviews. Assess product and marketing performance, extract key drivers, and provide optimization recommendations (e.g., design/configuration testing, product reviews).
Special Research:
Design and carry out special research projects (e.g., Establish standardized research toolkits (survey templates, analytical models, etc.), conduct training and workshops to enhance the research capabilities of internal teams and partners, and ensure insights are effectively applied to business decisions.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related.
~5+ years of experience in market or consumer research.
~ Strong knowledge on Excel (SPSS, Power BI, will be a plus) with high level of analysis, also be familiar with Google Forms, Survey Monkey, Question Pro, etc.
~ Strong experience moderating qualitative dynamics (In-depth Interviews, Focus Groups, Pear Groups, etc.)
~ Able to independently deliver complete research projects.
~ Strong project management and organizational skills.
~ Advanced English.
