Influencer Marketing Coordinator

INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR - STRATEGY   The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is the strategic mind behind impactful influencer marketing campaigns. You'll take a brand and own the strategy, developing creative and data-driven approaches to maximize its presence across You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and podcasts.

Your role is to guide brands in making the most of influencer partnerships—identifying opportunities, shaping campaign direction, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
This is a client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted partner, leading conversations, making recommendations, and proactively refining strategies to drive success. You'll use data to inform decisions, keep a pulse on industry trends, and continuously optimize influencer marketing efforts. With a deep understanding of both the brand and the influencer space, you'll ensure each campaign delivers measurable impact and long-term growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Here's my background and what I've done before joining The Outloud Group team:
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media partnerships, with a proven track record of developing strategy and guiding brand success
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, influencers, and team members
Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and platforms, including You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Twitch
Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to guide strategy and measure success
Ability to think creatively and critically, identifying new opportunities for brand growth in the influencer space
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team, with full-time availability based in Mexico
