Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing plan aligned with volume, margin, and profitability objectives.
Manage a competitive and profitable product portfolio through market analysis, rationalization, and new product development.
Coordinate all elements of the marketing mix: brand positioning, channels, point of sale, pricing, and market share.
Ensure product availability for launches and promotions, contributing to accurate forecasting for S&OP.
Define pricing and promotional strategies based on competitive analysis and profitability parameters.
Conduct industry and competitor evaluations, spending time in the field to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
Design strategies for each product line and market segment, including communication and support materials.
Lead sales conventions, corporate events, and trade shows, ensuring proper brand identity.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies in semi-mass markets or related to construction.
Proven experience managing design agencies, communication agencies, business consultants, and market research firms.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Excellent public presentation skills.
Leadership, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
