We seek a   Influencer Marketing SR   ; who dares to think differently and trusts their   gut   .
You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.

Main responsibilities:

End-to-end execution   , from influencer scouting and contracts to final deliverables, content review, scheduling, and reporting.
Identify influencers that are a strong fit for the assigned brand(s) (audience, affinity, performance).
Apply   brand safety   and audience quality criteria, proactively preventing risks.
Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivities, etc., always ensuring KPI compliance.
Track metrics, gather insights, and propose optimizations.
Develop   executive reports   with key learnings and takeaways.
Coordinate with   Creative, Planning, PR, and BI teams   , and manage relationships with vendors and talent management agencies.

What will help you succeed:

Proven experience (3+ years) in Influencer Marketing.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Experience using   Hype Auditor   .
Up to date with trends, platforms, and content formats.
