We are looking for a Ecommerce Marketing, Manager
Manage marketing activities related to New Channels (channel development) and Marketplaces to support develop and grow Samsung Direct-to-Consumer Business in Mexico E-commerce Market
~ Closed Channels”: sales channels that consumer must log-in to have access to prices and put and purchase order – example:
Students Program, Employee Programs, B2B2C Programs, SMB-B2B Programs, etc – expected sales portion of 20-25% of all D2C Business
~ Open Channels: Tik Tok Shop and new platforms, Fin Tech’s etc.
~“com, Liverpool, Coppel, Elektra, etc) – expected sales portion of 25% of all D2C Business
~ Create and develop marketing strategies to ramp-up sales of new channels , open new channels and collaborate with partners (Market Places, Banks, Other Companies, Fin Tech’s, etc) – which channels/partners to focus and bring more sales
~ Collaborate with partner to communicate Samsung products and “closed” offers to their CRM/Consumer data base. Plan/Design/Execute Marketing Channel strategy for each Market Place using channel marketing tools as Exclusive Campaigns, ADS, Displays, Banners, etc according to each channel (Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc)
~ Collaborate with Sales Team to have full alignment about product strategy, offers and sales targets to guarantee the execution on each channel/program
~ Define a Campaign/Promotional Calendar by each channel to support achieving sales targets (some channels will have full autonomy and others need to negotiate with external parts – Market Place, banks, etc)
~ Define/Execute Affiliates Strategy and Collaboration with external parts (publishers and persons) to support achieve sales targets (define communication strategy/tools, commissions, share best offers and guarantee the execution)
8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
~ E-retail experience
~ English advanced / fluent
