This is a high-impact role for a visionary leader ready to shape the future of a thriving business. You will be instrumental in defining commercial strategy, forging key relationships, and steering a talented team towards new horizons.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inspirational leadership, mentorship, and development to a dedicated sales team.
Design and execute a strategic sales vision that aligns global objectives with local market dynamics.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with major industry players and stakeholders.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through insightful market analysis.
Collaborate closely with internal technical and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
Represent the company at prominent industry events and conferences.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record of 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally selling to customers in food or beverage.
Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets and managing key accounts.
Experience in cultivating and developing a high-achieving sales team.
Culturally agile with a strong understanding of international business environments.
Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Willingness to travel as needed to drive business growth.
Bonus (not required)
Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.
