This position oversees commercial relationships and business growth with key CDMX retail partners in the modern trade channel and Masstige. The role focuses on managing sales plans, trade investments, and account profitability while ensuring strong execution and long-term customer development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations and annual planning with assigned key retails accounts (City Fresko, Chedraui, Sanborns, Sears, ULTA)
Coach and lead Sales Analyst /CPFR to achieve retail accounts objectives
Execute commercial and promotional strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance to identify opportunities and guide action plans.
Manage budgets, trade investments, and pricing according to internal guidelines.
Strengthening client relationships and ensuring effective execution of commercial agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, supply, and financial objectives.
Contribute to business reviews, reporting, and strategic planning processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years experience in Key account management, in Consumer goods retail, ideally experience with beauty sectors.
Previous experience managing modern trade clients (ie. Chedraui, City Fresko) and Masstige (Sanborns, Sears, etc)
JBP alignment
Advanced English (oral and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Understand Nielsen data insights
Full Order Cycle knowledge (listing, order generation, invoicing, delivery, collection)
CPFR Basics (Forecasting, demand alignment, inventory management)
Highly responsible, autonomous, and organized, with decision-making and adaptability skills.
