This role is ideal for someone with a background in Indirect   Procurement   , with a strong focus on   Software and Professional Services   , who also understands the broader   corporate procurement ecosystem and administrative processes   .

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute   tactical Indirect procurement activities   for Hardware, Software, and IT Professional Services.
Manage   end-to-end procurement processes   , including RFI, RFP, and RFQ, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Negotiate complex Profesional Services contracts in alignment with internal policies and business objectives.
Conduct   spend analysis, benchmarking, and market analysis   to drive cost optimization.
Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Work closely with   US-based teams   and global stakeholders (daily interaction in English).
Support procurement administrative initiatives and collaborate with   other indirect (non-IT) categories   when applicable.
Drive   cost optimization and working capital initiatives   .
Requirements
3-5 years of experience   in Global Category Management / Tactical Procurement.
MUST:
Recent and proven experience in IT purchasing (most recent role must be IT-focused).
Experience managing   Software, Hardware, and IT Professional Services   categories.
Highly analytical profile with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English (C1)  – required (daily interaction with US-based teams).
Ability to work effectively in   global, fast-paced, process-driven environments   .
An   administrative procurement background   will be highly valued.
