The Customer Success Expert plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving account growth, and delivering commercial excellence within the Contract Logistics business. This role manages one or more customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and profitable expansion through proactive relationship management and data-driven insights.
As a trusted customer partner, the Customer Success Expert identifies new opportunities within existing accounts, supports pricing and commercial negotiations, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with customer strategy and business objectives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or commercial support within contract logistics, 3PL, or supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, support commercial activities, and contribute to revenue growth goals.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting contract or pricing discussions preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Manage day-to-day customer relationships for assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial and strategic discussions.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth, including renewals, upsells, and new service adoption, in alignment with customer goals and business priorities.
- Support the development of business proposals, pricing recommendations, and commercial cases for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to execute account growth strategies and achieve financial and performance targets.
- Track account performance against revenue, margin, and satisfaction metrics, escalating risks or opportunities proactively.
- Customer Engagement & Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions to demonstrate value, share insights, and strengthen engagement.
- Support resolution of customer issues in coordination with internal teams to maintain satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Serve as the customer advocate internally, ensuring alignment between service delivery and customer expectations.
- Commercial & Financial Focus
- Analyze account performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Review and validate invoices prepared by the Billing team to ensure accuracy, alignment with contractual terms, and prevention of future billing discrepancies or credit requests.
- Partner with Finance and Billing teams to resolve invoice or revenue-related issues promptly and transparently.
- Contribute to financial planning activities such as forecasting, contract renewals, and pricing updates.
- Support commercial and contract discussions by providing data, analysis, and recommendations that drive profitable outcomes.
- Maintain awareness of market developments, customer investments, and competitive activity impacting assigned accounts.
