Key Responsibilities    1. Build the Ultimate Dealer Toolkit
Dealer Portal & Tools:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our dealer-facing platforms. Transform complex lending/application workflows into a simple, frictionless toolkit that F&I managers love to use.
User-First Discovery:
Spend time "in the field" with dealers staff to understand their pain points. Translate raw feedback into actionable user stories and features that reduce friction in the sales funnel.
Adoption & Engagement:
You aren’t just building features; you are driving behavior. Launch tools that incentivize dealers to prioritize MStar over competitors.
2. Ecosystem & Integrations Strategy
API & Connectivity:
Lead the roadmap for third-party integrations. Enable seamless data flow between MStar and partners, inventory feeds, and insurance partners.
Partner Enablement:
Create "plug-and-play" capabilities that allow new partners (e.g., auto portals, marketplaces) to integrate MStar’s financing engine rapidly.
Scalability:
Move us toward a scalable, standardized API/SDK product offering.
3. Data-Led Growth
Funnel Optimization:
obsessively monitor the Funnel from login to application submission to funding. Use data to identify drop-off points and deploy product fixes that increase conversion rates.
Metrics that Matter:
Define and track success KPIs such as Dealer Active Usage (DAU), Application Velocity, API Latency, and Partner NPS.
Who You Are
The Bridge Builder:
You speak two languages:
Business/Sales and Engineering. You can explain API documentation to a commercial partner and business value to a developer.
User Obsessed:
You don’t assume; you validate. You fight for the user (the dealer/partner) in every internal meeting.
Data-Driven, not Data-Busy:
You don’t just look at dashboards; you find insights. You know the difference between vanity metrics and actionable data.
Clear Communicator:
Your English is excellent. You can confidently present product roadmaps to global stakeholders and write clear, concise PRDs.
Requirements

Experience:

5+ years in Product Management, with a track record of shipping B2B or B2B2C products.
Automotive DNA (Highly Preferred):
Experience working with Dealerships, Dealership ecosystem, or Auto-Fintechs / Fintechs is a big plus.
Technical Comfort:
You don’t need to be a developer, but you must be comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture with engineering teams.
Toolkit:
Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude) and agile methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Language:
Fluent English
