You will help translate strategic priorities into clear and actionable experiences for our practitioners by developing communications, coordinating enablement activities, and tracking adoption progress. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
Execute enablement and communication strategies that advance adoption of Commercial Office initiatives including Delivery Excellence and AI Adoption.
Develop clear, compelling, and actionable communications aligned with Commercial Office priorities.
Partner with Change, Activation, and Enablement teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery across programs.
Create and manage enablement materials such as toolkits, guides, and visual assets that support practitioners in adopting new practices.
Maintain organized repositories of content and communication assets, ensuring accessibility and alignment with PwC standards.
Manage logistics and coordination for enablement activities, communication campaigns, and stakeholder engagement touchpoints.
Track timelines, deliverables, and participation metrics to ensure high-quality execution.
Support preparation for leadership updates, enablement forums, and working sessions.
Gather participation data and feedback to evaluate engagement and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Contribute to enablement reporting by compiling metrics, success stories, and visual summaries.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline communications processes for scalability.
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, share progress updates, and adapt to changing priorities.
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in communications, project coordination, or enablement roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear, audience-focused content.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of follow-through.
Proactive and collaborative, comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create leadership-ready presentations.
Experience supporting adoption, communications, or enablement initiatives is a plus.
