We are seeking an experienced Employee Services Senior Manager to lead a high‐impact regional team and elevate the employee experience across the Americas. This role is ideal for a strategic, service‐minded leader who thrives in HR operations, continuous improvement, and digital transformation environments.
You will oversee a large Employee Services hub, ensure service excellence, and drive the evolution of standardized, efficient, and people‐centric processes. This is your opportunity to influence the future of HR services while working with leaders across Mexico, the Americas, and global teams.
What You'll Do
Operational Excellence & Service Delivery
Oversee the performance of an Employee Services Delivery Center covering all HR admin and payroll processes.
Ensure operational discipline, SLA compliance, and outstanding service quality.
Promote a zero‐payroll‐error mindset and champion strong HR data quality.
Regional & Global Alignment
Implement the global Employee Services strategy across the Americas, ensuring full adoption of standards and a high‐performing regional team.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders across Mexico, the U.S., Canada, and LATAM to ensure consistency in end‐to‐end HR processes and policies.
Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation
Embed a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and automation within the Employee Services organization.
Partner closely with global teams to support digitalization, data initiatives, and the deployment of global HR solutions.
Leadership & Capability Growth
Lead and develop a team of 30+ HR professionals, including two manager‐level direct reports.
Ensure optimal team structure, capability building, and readiness to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
Who We're Looking For
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
10+ years of experience in Employee Services, HR Operations, or Shared Services leadership roles.
Deep knowledge of HR admin and payroll processes, HRIS/core HR systems, and compliance frameworks.
Key Skills & Strengths
Strong leadership with a people‐first and service‐oriented mindset.
Proven experience in transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
Expertise in labor law, compliance, and navigating local legislation.
Analytical, structured, and proactive in problem-solving.
Skilled in managing complex operations in multinational environments.
Advanced and fluent English
