As a part of our transformation journey, we aim to create an agile, strategic and data-driven HR function. Our newly formed Centre of Excellence (CoE) is at the heart of this evolution—enhancing employee experience, talent management, and strategic HR capabilities.
Your Role at VTMarkets

Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and advise on labor regulations across key LATAM countries (e.g., Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru).
Provide expert support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management.
Collaborate with local HR teams and COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver regional HR initiatives and support global programs.
Support recruitment efforts and workforce planning to meet business demands across LATAM.
Build strong relationships with local leadership teams to understand business challenges and identify HR solutions.
Use data and HR analytics to identify trends and support business decision-making.
Champion a culturally inclusive workplace that aligns with both local expectations and global standards.
Lead or participate in HR projects such as change management, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification or Master's degree is a plus).
2–3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or regional HR role.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and familiarity with employment regulations in other LATAM countries.
Experience operating in a multi-country regional HR role, ideally within LATAM.
Fluent in Spanish and English;
Portuguese is a strong plus.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels.
