About Company and Role
Specializing in vegetation control for municipalities, railroads, and utility companies across the U.S. Due to seasonal hiring cycles and reliance on bilingual field workers (H2B and potential TN visa programs), the company is expanding its international recruiting and sales capabilities.

This role supports workforce stability and predictable lead flow by combining recruiting, sales outreach, and basic social media execution. The ideal hire is proactive, organized, bilingual (Spanish), and comfortable switching between phone-heavy tasks, candidate sourcing, and maintaining an online presence. This is a multi functional role designed to grow into a long-term strategic asset for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & CRM
Conduct cold calls for lead generation
Handle client communication and follow-up
Organize, update, and maintain the Salesforce CRM
Track leads, calls, conversations, and follow-ups

Recruiting
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for field and admin roles
Conduct outreach with Spanish/English-speaking candidates
Support the development of long-term labor pipelines
Assist with candidate communication for H2B/TN visa programs (as needed)

Social Media & Branding
Maintain consistent online presence (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook)
Create/post basic content (simple captions, basic edits, cut videos, upload)
Convert long-form content into short-form clips
Collaborate with Upwork freelancers for video creation as needed
Keep the company's digital presence active and professional

Must-Have Qualifications
Fully bilingual (English + Spanish)
Strong phone communication and cold-calling confidence
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Experience with recruiting or high-volume outreach
Comfortable with CRM usage (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to manage multiple roles (recruiting, sales, social media)
Proactive, ownership mentality, able to work independently
Tech-savvy; able to learn new tools quickly

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with H2B/TN visa recruitment
Experience in blue-collar staffing
Basic video editing or social content experience
Knowledge of vegetation, utilities, or field-service industries
