-Language requirements:
Fluent in Spanish, fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and proficiency in Portuguese will earn extra points
-Salary range: negotiable (including basic salary+performance bonus+local benefits)

2、 Core Responsibilities
1. Responsible for recruiting for after-sales and sales positions in Mexico and related regions of South America and North America, completing resume screening, interview organization, offer distribution, and onboarding follow-up.
2. Handle the entire process of employee transfers and departures, and maintain employee files.
3. Establish communication channels for employees, answer salary and benefits inquiries, and handle simple employee relationship issues.
4. Implement local salary accounting and welfare distribution to ensure accuracy and compliance.

3、 Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of HR related work experience, familiar with recruitment and employee relations modules.
2. Proficient in Mexican labor regulations and familiar with the local salary and benefits system.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English, able to communicate across regions.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and basic communication and coordination skills.
