Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an   IT Recruiter   with  1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment   and   advanced conversational English   to support end-to-end hiring processes for technology roles in an international environment.
You will work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to attract, assess, and hire top tech talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

What you’ll do
Manage   end-to-end IT recruitment processes   (from intake to offer).
Source and attract IT profiles through different channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Screen CVs and conduct   HR and technical pre-interviews   .
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status.
Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with company values.

Skills & requirements
1–3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter   or Tech Recruiter.
Experience recruiting technical profiles (developers, QA, cloud, data, etc.).
Advanced conversational English   (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with ATS tools and Linked In Recruiter.
Nice to have
Experience recruiting for international or nearshore projects.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience working in consulting or technology companies.
Basic understanding of IT roles and tech stacks.
