If people, technology, and talent acquisition are your passion, you enjoy connecting with others, and you’re ready to take on a new professional challenge… keep reading, we’re looking for you! &##We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and advanced conversational English to support end-to-end hiring processes for technology roles in an international environment.
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes (from intake to offer).
Source and attract IT profiles through different channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Screen CVs and conduct HR and technical pre-interviews .
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
1–3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Tech Recruiter.
~ Experience recruiting technical profiles (developers, QA, cloud, data, etc.).
~ Advanced conversational English (mandatory).
~ Familiarity with ATS tools and Linked In Recruiter.
&##Experience recruiting for international or nearshore projects.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience working in consulting or technology companies.
Basic understanding of IT roles and tech stacks.
