Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support high-volume, agent-level hiring for our contact center operations in Mexico City. This role will focus on proactive candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and market mapping to ensure consistent delivery of qualified candidates to meet aggressive hiring targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of BPO sourcing or recruitment experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume BPO and call center roles
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring campaigns
Conduct initial candidate screenings and ensure alignment with hiring criteria
Partner closely with Recruiters and Operations to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS and sourcing reports
Support hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment marketing initiatives
Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitor activity
Requirements:
Minimum  3+ years of high-volume sourcing or recruitment experience  (BPO/contact center strongly preferred)
Proven success supporting aggressive monthly hiring targets
Strong knowledge of sourcing channels in Mexico City
Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work fully onsite
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
Professional demeanor and strong stakeholder communication
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
